Founder & CEO
Ana Carolina González-Peña
Passionate about building bridges between culture, well-being, and social justice, Ana Carolina works to strengthen communities through dialogue, creativity, and empathetic leadership. Her work unites generations, territories, and knowledge to promote more human, inclusive, and sustainable environments.
Throughout her career, she has worked with vulnerable communities, elderly people, conflict survivors, former combatants, and incarcerated populations, promoting their emotional, social, and cultural well-being.
In the United States, she has worked as a journalist covering Latin America and the Caribbean for the AARP organization, and as a lead content strategist for Latin America at the agency Bounteous (formerly Hathway).
She has received recognition from the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) for her work in journalism with social impact and content creation for underrepresented populations, as well as distinctions from McGraw-Hill for excellence in communication and leadership.
Currently, in addition to her work at the Magnolia Foundation, she serves as Culture and Community Connections Coordinator at the Center for Modern Aging Princeton (CMAP), where she develops programs integrating emotional well-being, cultural expression, and social cohesion.
Social Communicator and Journalist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia), with a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development in Madrid, Spain, Ana combines research, community action, and cultural management to promote a culture of peace, inclusion, and radical tenderness across the Americas.

Communications Director
Mónica Bentivegna
Editor and social communicator based in Washington, with extensive experience in print and digital media.
She has published and worked at renowned organizations, international institutions, and media outlets in the U.S., such as AARP where she was a senior editor, the International Center for Journalists, where she served as editor for Latin America, and the weekly newspaper Tiempos del Mundo, where she won an award from the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
She holds a Master's degree in Latin American Literature from the University of Barcelona, and one of her passions is contributing to the well-being of Latin America.

Psychosocial Support Coordinator
María Álvarez Galindo
Literature graduate and Cum Laude Psychologist from the Universidad de los Andes, with a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the same university. She has experience in emotional regulation processes. She is also passionate about Latin American literature.

Community & Social Media Coordinator
Vivian Lettier
Communicator with experience in digital content, social media management, and community support. At Magnolia, she leads conscious communication processes, strengthening bonds with our audience and supporting senior management in strategic and operational tasks. Her approach combines empathy, teamwork, and the word as a tool for transformation.

Project Coordinator
Juan Pablo Lecompte
Industrial engineer with training and professional experience in business management.
He works as a consultant supporting various consumer and banking companies in their strategic definitions and proposing solutions for their most relevant challenges.
He has also supported various foundations in structuring and carrying out their social projects.
He believes that private sector knowledge and support is key to creating true social development in any community.

Strategic & Visionary Manager
Carolina de los Milagros y el Corazón
After nearly a decade of taking a professional leap of faith to walk back to the heart, she now integrates her profession as a political scientist, and her studies and experience in public affairs and public administration, with tools from her personal and spiritual journey.
Carolina studied at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, at Sciences Po in Paris, and at Columbia University in New York. She worked at Transparencia por Colombia, the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Cerrejón Foundation for Institutional Strengthening of La Guajira, SENA, the Regional Center for Responsible Companies and Entrepreneurship CREER, and was an advisor to the Colombian Minister of Education. She trained as a meditation teacher with Mujer Holística and Craig Hamilton, and rebuilt her system of thought based on A Course in Miracles.
Today, she accompanies individuals and organizations in promoting holistic social change.

Humanitarian Security Specialist for Peace
Angela Garvey
International development analyst for USAID and PhD candidate at the University of Dublin. Her focus is on international security and protection against violence in conflict contexts. Angie believes that analysis and continuous learning can improve our capabilities in humanitarian responses and in the development of communities committed to peace.
